Lead Business Analyst
Up to GBP55k + Benefits

As an established recruitment partner of c. 16 years to this global organisation that delivers services to the financial services and public sector, we have been asked to assist in the recruitment of a Lead Business Analyst with excellent capabilities in organising delivery strategies and monitoring a large portfolio pipeline.
The Lead Business Analyst will organise delivery strategies aligned to the business by selecting the right projects for prioritising the work into the BA team working alongside Lead colleagues from the delivery teams, specifically the Lead Project Managers and Lead PMO Analyst, providing the most appropriate BA resources and ensuring the most appropriate methodology is followed. The Lead Business Analyst will be required to balance conflicting demands between projects, allocating resources based on organisational priorities and capacity, and manage so as to achieve the benefits identified.
Skills / Environment
*Experience in management / leadership roles
*Demonstrable experience medium to high complexity BA experience
*Demonstrable experience in financial services and/or professional services/public sectors, working within technology and business change functions (desirable)
*ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis
*PRINCE2 Practitioner (desirable)
*Knowledge of the concepts and principals involved in outsourcing and experience in managing full project lifecycle throughout the implementation process of commercial outsourcing deals
*Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers
*Experience of working across an outsource service provider/customer interface.
*Demonstrable leadership skills
*Demonstrable influencing skills
*Demonstrable technical/IT awareness and ability to identify new technologies and tools
*Experience working with diverse subject content and varied approaches that are highly complex requiring well-developed analytical thinking skills
*Ability to undertake a broad mix of technical, operational, supplier management and client facing tasks
