They have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join them as a Housing Officer (Neighbourhoods). Our client is  looking to recruit an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, who will thrive under pressure and most importantly care about giving the best possible service to their diverse range of customers.

The role is in the Neighbourhood Team within Housing Services and is based at the Wellington Street Office in Sheffield. The role is patch based and includes properties in Selby, Barnsley and Pontefract. The Team comprises nine officers and two team leaders.

You will be responsible for an area based patch and this will include tenancy and estate management. It will also include Anti-Social Behaviour, (ASB), estate management, multi agency working, tenancy breach and resident engagement. You would be expected to progress cases throughout the legal system where necessary.

You will be using various software packages to make bookings and record information.
