Business Analyst required for a permanent positon based in Birmingham at Lombard Risks New Technology centre.

You will be required to:

Analyze the requirements and be able to fully document and write the business requirements and specifications for the developers.
Determine key assumptions by made by different parties in determining the requirements
Develop a deep understanding of the Collateral and Regulatory products
Determine prioritization of each requirement and their constraints and/or dependency on other requirements
Determine which parties/products will be responsible for implementing and whom will be impacted by each requirement
Determine whether each requirement will be manually or automatically (or both) implemented into the systems
Determine the non-functional requirements and their importance to the functional requirements to meet the business objectives
Work with key sponsors to develop the business solutions for Collateral and Regulatory reporting
Work with systems analysts on creating functional specifications which satisfies the business requirement.

Essential skills and experience required:

Basic Requirements (Essential):

Deep experience of business analysis within financial markets.
Good knowledge of collateral and regulatory reporting.
Experience of developing projects where staff or stakeholders are in multiple locations
Experience with Agile development projects & scrum methodology
Has experience of end to end software life cycle
Must have 5 years or more of demonstrated ability to analyse and develop changes in financial systems.
Experience in the development of SaaS & cloud-based applications
