We are looking for a bold and dynamic individual with the right commercial and operational experience to lead the delivery teams with a focus on recruitment, training and audit delivery of all 2nd and 3rd party audits conducted primarily in the UK and Eire with support to EMEA and ROW.
The Operations Manager Role
You will provide leadership and develop a team of motivated, effective Audit Team Managers to support the delivery of a 2nd and 3rd Party Audit focused services.
As part of the Operations Manager role, you will have responsibility for:
- Management of audit delivery, as assigned to the Retail Supply Chain team within the designated audit programmes including but not exclusively: BRC; ISO and RSPO
- Management of all post audit services to maintain the requirements specified for the relevant Audit Standard Certification bodies within which frameworks are being delivered to
- Management of audit planning to ensure audits are delivered as scheduled and within the framework of the budgeted phasing
- Management of resourcing to ensure adequate availability of full time employees and associates are engaged to deliver revenue targets to an agreed ratio
- Develop and maintain a culture or continuous improvement with and for the team through the appropriate delivery of engaging, inspirational and effective team activities including but not exclusively: huddles, meetings, 121’s and other related activities within budgeted guidelines
- Liaising with multiple internal teams to manage all upcoming audit requirements, as well as any post-audit requirements
