In this role, you will:

• Lead business finance partner for management of business cases across Europe
• Ensure adherence to RBWM global cost management framework
• Provide financial and operational support to RBWM Europe executives on investments
• Utilise globally consistent management information and reporting framework, providing key financial and non-financial information to business to support achievement of RBWM strategy
• Support region business strategic cost management activities ensuring cost targets are achieved and appropriate level of rigour is applied to achieve sustainable cost save targets
• Drive early finance engagement with the IT order book process and ensure validation of benefits in advance of prioritisation process

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Past working experience in a relevant role
• Set and achieved challenging short, medium and long term goals which exceeded the standards in their field
• Strong communication skills
• Experience of planning and prioritising their own time effectively
