AVP Fixed Income Compliance

The Firm: One of the top investment banks in London and a global player on all asset classes is looking for an AVP to work within their Fixed Income Compliance Advisory team. With one of the largest lending books in the world, they have consistently ranked within the top 3 banks in the credit league tables and have built their rates and fx businesses alongside. The Role As an AVP, you will be supporting the team by undertaking a wide range of assignments, from advising on issues arising on the trade floor to monitoring & testing various themes according to the compliance risk plan. Your role could have you supporting any of the following areas: Structured Products, Credit, Rates, FX, Commodities and E-Trading. The Candidate: The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Fixed Income products and be familiar with the issues that arise from the trade floor. * Candidates should have at least 3 years experience in Compliance * Strong academic background * Strong understanding of the Fixed Income product suite * Highly flexible and organised approach * Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively * High sense of drive, ambition and motivation Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
