We are therefore looking for a passionate 3rd line cloud support engineer, who has knowledge and experience of Microsoft Server / Hyper-V / Citrix / Microsoft Exchange / SQL to join our elite team. WHO ARE WE? We are a Cloud Operations team, focusing on optimising cloud service delivery and providing technical support. We work with some of the most exciting new technologies available and deliver best- practice cloud solutions for our customers. We are therefore looking for an experienced 3rd line cloud support engineer, proficient in Microsoft Server / Hyper-V / Citrix / Microsoft Exchange / SQL to join us. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? You will work as part of our cloud operations team, focusing on optimizing cloud services and proving help support to our global customers. You specifically will be 3rd line support point of escalation for the 1st and 2nd line teams, updating and closing service desk calls. You will also work closely with the operations manager to ensure customer cloud environments are running as required. Furthermore, You will also be dealing with emergency support calls and will have the opportunity to attend meetings and workshops with Microsoft engineering teams, gaining access to the newest Microsoft technologies. This is a great opportunity for an individual who has a fantastic attitude, who is a confident communicator and keen to learn continuously and progress quickly. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE???. Microsoft Server / Hyper v / Citrix / Microsoft Exchange / SQL Passionate about cloud technologies and experience in working in a mixed infrastructure team Brilliant planner and communicator (both written and verbal) 4-8 years IT experience Understanding of enterprise architectures and processes Great attitude ITS NICE TO HAVE UK driving license/ own car Interest in progression SQL Clustering / Exchange Clustering / Citric Netscaler configuration and maintenance experience TO BE CONSIDERED???.
