This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Red Recruitment 247 Limited who are acting as an employment agency. Our client is a busy family owned car dealership in the Lincoln area who pride themselves on professional and excellent standard of customer service. They are now seeking a full-time Service Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the industry with 3 years' experience in a similar role.
As Service Manager you will be responsible for over 10 members of Staff throughout the branch and will be responsible for the achievement of a number of KPIs including productivity, efficiency and customer service. You will also be responsible for marketing of the department, stock control and staff performance. You will be required to produce monthly reports for Senior Management and will update them on all KPIs.
Salary
GBP30,000 per annum + up to GBP25000 bonus per annum.
Company Car provided.
Hours of Work
0800 - 1800 Monday to Friday
