Inside Sales Executive / Desk Based New Business Development Consultant with good prospecting, negotiation, closing and telephone communication skills is required for a well-established, Global Market Leading Company based in Stockport, Manchester, Lancashire, North West England.

SALARY: £20,000 - £24,000 (Basic Salary), £34,000 OTE + Benefits (Private Healthcare, Generous Life Insurance, Pension with Company Contribution, Free Parking)

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Inside Sales Executive / Desk Based New Business Development Consultant with good prospecting, negotiation, closing and telephone communication skills.

Working as the Inside Sales Executive / Desk Based New Business Development Consultant your goal with every telephone call, either a cold call or a warm lead, is to have a successful conversation with the customer about how you can make a difference to them. You’ll explore the customer's opportunities and challenges - and explain how your services can help them. You will be selling and will be the initial point of contact for the Company’s NHS and private hospital clients. Previous industry experience is not essential. However, you should have a real passion for sales.

As the Inside Sales Executive / Desk Based New Business Development Consultant your remit is to either close the sale on the phone or progress the call to a face-to-face meeting for the Business Development Team, whilst delivering against your calling activity targets and KPIs.

As an ideal candidate, you will be passionate about building great relationships with customers, you’ll have what it takes to win new business. You will thrive in a target driven sales environment, and you’ll relish every opportunity to influence decisions and overcome obstacles.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a desk based role, selling services
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter with experience in cold-calling strategies and techniques to cultivate new customer relationships
  • Understanding and experience with CRM and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding activity based KPI's and sales targets
