Leeds Environmental Design Associates (LEDA) require a part-time Office Manager for our busy building design practice.

As part of a small and friendly team, you will be dealing with day to day office management, including managing the business accounts (using SAGE software), administration of personnel, payroll, LEDA policies and procedures, and generally helping the business to run smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for email, calls and visitors to the office, so a professional manner and excellent communication skills are a necessity. You will also have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.

LEDA is a building design company dedicated to creating great sustainable buildings that respect the environment and are a joy to use. Our business is run democratically as a workers’ co-operative, and after a 6-month probationary period, staff are invited to become full members of the LEDA Cooperative.
