Now, we’re looking for a Systems Analyst & User Support Specialist to join our team and become an expert user of our customer-facing systems.

As a Systems Analyst & User Support Specialist, you will ensure that customers and staff are able to make the most of Lantra’s systems. 

Specifically, you will manage and support the following systems: 

- Quartz – used to process and fulfil orders, manage quality assurance processes and includes the CRM 
- XAMS – online assessment systems 
- Abby – optical scanning software   

Providing a personable, professional service, you’ll respond to users’ queries and ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will make sure that the online ordering and invoicing processes are working effectively and carry out regular checks to ensure the integrity of data. 

Additionally, you will produce a range of reports, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and liaise with our systems provider to ensure that changes are successfully implemented. 

Interested? To be considered, you will need experience of the following: 

- Supporting and maintaining technology solutions
- Microsoft Report Builder or similar report writing applications 
- Translating the needs of non-technical users into technical system requirements 
- Working in a customer service environment to support both internal and external customers 

Organised and diligent, as a Systems Analyst & User Support Specialist, you’ll have strong communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
