Role
TOR2 are currently seeking experienced HGV2 Drivers to join the Waste & Recycling division to operate from the Paignton depot.
Must have valid HGV2/CPC and a minimum of 2 years HGV experience desirable however, we are able to consider newly qualified individuals
Working Hours
6am starts-Monday-Friday
Average of 40 hours per week + overtime enhancements
Salary
Minimum £10.04 per Hour
Duties
- Drive/operate vehicles and equipment as required
- Complete, check and return all paperwork required
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of vehicles and equipment to a high standard, including daily vehicle checks on any vehicle driven
- Ensure that all allocated works are completed within the notified timescales and that your supervisor is notified prior to leaving the workplace
- Ensure that when driving, all vehicle checks are carried out and that the vehicle is driven in a safe a courteous manner
- Undertake any training/instruction required to carry out these duties and or deemed necessary to fulfil the role
- Assist with roadside recycling/sorting as required
