Job Title: Estimator/Quantity Surveyor (Joinery)
Location: Surrey
Salary: GBP35k - GBP50k DOE
Our client who are a specialist company operating in a variety of sectors within the high end fit out market are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor
The bulk of their work includes high end residential, museum and commercial work
We are looking for an Estimator to price tenders that will include furniture, fabric, lighting etc and all of the Joinery.
The Estimator must be a proactive individual who can interact between clients, designers, the supply chain and the overseas joinery manufacturing team to provide comprehensive tenders and to meet tight timescales. The ideal candidate will be able to work as an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor and have experience with both roles.
Previous knowledge of the joinery is a massive advantage.
Requirements:
You will have experience of working in joinery contracting as an estimator and have a firm grasp of the industry
Be insightful, based on your industry experience and able to identify opportunities
