Project Co-Ordinator
Loughton
Monday-Friday 8.30-5.30
Working for a great company based in Loughton, you will work within the project team and manage a varied and proactive position.
* Ensuring new and current project tasks are completed to deadlines your duties will involve:
* Request, issue and chase required samples on projects
* Maintain a document tracker for incoming documents
* Issue documents to the relevant members of the team. Chase team members to act/respond accordingly.
* Run a labourer cost tracker
* Organise Labourers for deliveries.
* Create digital site folders, including PDF versions of CADs
* Raise emergency job sheets
* Chase up project managers to action items following commercial meetings ensuring commercial actions are dealt with efficiently.
