First year OTE GBP32,000 - GBP36,000 (uncapped and based on average consultants earnings in this store in 2016 plus guaranteed commission for the first 13 weeks, top 10% of Sales Consultants across the business earned in excess of GBP50,000 in 2016) and competitive basic salary at GBP15,000. The average brand new starter into my clients business earned an average of GBP30,000 in 2016.
Priority Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant for a leading luxury family owned furniture retailer for their store in Stevenage. The retailer has stores in key locations across the whole of the UK and plans to double in size over the next 5-7 years; and with the track record of internal progression the opportunities will be there for the right candidates to forge a long term career in a stable and secure environment.
The ideal Sales Consultant:
- Must have experience in working towards targets in a commission/target based role
- Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport
- Be confident and highly motivated
- Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.
The successful Sales Consultant can look forward to being part of an on-going growth plan within an award winning company.
