Trainee Teacher Specification
To be shortlisted for this role, you must hold a degree with a classification of a 2:1 or above. The ideal candidate will have previous school experience or experience of supporting a child's learning in any way. It is essential that you possess the willingness to get involved in after school clubs and a desire to go the extra mile. The school are looking for diligent, resilient yet personable graduates who are passionate about teaching and making a positive impact into the lives of those with additional needs.

About the Trainee Teacher Role
As a Trainee Primary Teacher, you will be supporting learning across KS2 and in all subjects. You be working 1:1 with children and in small groups whilst gaining some first-hand experience of lesson planning, book marking, delivering lessons and reflecting on your learning. In the second year of this 2-year teacher training programme, you will work towards completing your PGCE and gaining QTS which is accredited by The University of Buckingham.
