TSA have an excellent long term contract opportunity working in partnership with a well known asset management company who are seeking Building Surveyors to carry out condition surveys on education buildings.
Working on a public sector framework you will be required to carry out detailed surveys for our client.
The workload will be condition surveying internals and externals of various education properties, you will be identifying condition and recommended action.
You must be degree qualified BSc Building Surveying and have proven experience assessing building condition on a variety of buildings.
