THE ROLE

The Marketing and Data Relationship Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of Relationship marketing and general marketing campaigns across all media to deliver the company's corporate objectives. You will be leading the EMCAS marketing activities primarily in support of our internal and external distribution models. You will be responsible for looking after the day to day business including:-

- Online strategy and execution
- Managing marketing outsourcers

- Managing our data supply chain in terms of quantity, quality and price to maximize the most cost effective approach
- To manage our Hotkey suppliers and introducers to maximize business volumes and maintain effective controls
- Monitoring and analyzing performance of introducers, campaigns and web activities and recommending changes. Creating business forecasts.
- Creating new partners and relationships along with nurturing our existing ones to maximize business volumes
- Managing costs and budgets and ensuring effective cost per acquisitions.
- To rigorously manage delivery of the plan, including the tracking of Performance Indicators, budgetary control, co-ordination of internal teams and management of agencies.
- Re-marketing to our existing customers by managing effective cross sell campaigns
- To manager and produce creative content and campaigns, delivering against our demanding generation objectives.
- To ensure all our marketing activities comply with the relevant regulations
- Conducting effective research and bench-marking to ensure we remain best in class
- Manage our online media strategy and plan and execute on relevant actions including the management of third party suppliers

THE SUCCESSFUL PERSON

You will have a proven working background within Marketing You will have strong project management skills and a track record of successful delivery within a changing and fast-paced environment. You will also be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

Working Monday to Friday full time 9.00am to 6.00pm, we offer a salary circa of GBP28,000 - GBP38,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
