We have an exciting opportunity for a financial risk professional within our Business Consultancy group, working across the UK's largest banks and Financial Service providers providing support and advice on risk management, associated regulatory compliance issues, and Experian's data and software solutions to help address those challenges.
Experian works closely with the Financial Services industry offering a wide range of supporting products and services including data, analytics and software. Our Consultancy group works in partnership with our account management team to fully understand our clients' issues and needs and identify solutions that can add real value to their businesses.
The key responsibilities of the Consultancy group are to understand client issues and development needs, lead in the identification of detailed requirements, identify and design appropriate solutions, establish the benefits of implementing those solutions and then to take a key role in any subsequent programme, in order to both ensure that solutions are successfully embedded and that the benefits are realised by the client.

Requirements
It is likely you will have proven background in risk management at a Bank or Financial Services organisation, or within a business providing solutions to one or both of these sectors. You will have developed an advanced understanding of Risk management practices across the customer lifecycle from acquisition through to customer management and collections, and have a good working knowledge of Financial Crime and Fraud prevention measures. You will have good commercial acumen and have demonstrated the ability to prepare compelling business cases.
You will have strong communication skills and possess a natural gravitas in your style with excellent stakeholder management abilities. You will be able to evidence strong problem solving ability and are likely to be a graduate with a degree that included statistical, accounting, financial or mathematical elements.
