Service Manager

Job Introduction

You will be part of a friendly UK Services team based on site for one of our prestigious customers, responsible for finding practical solutions to IT problems. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of supply chain products and services to all areas of the customer, also for working with our virtual teams to pro-actively add value to the customer in the supply chain space.

Role Responsibility
We're also looking for someone who has experience of managing a team of non-technical and technical staff, as well as a good knowledge of relevant functional systems and experience in developing best practice policies and procedures for functional areas. This role will also assist with managing and coordinating infrastructure projects/PMO's. You will be expected to adopt Computacenter's best practice and service offerings to ensure consistency of service and also act in accordance with CC's Information's Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other security risks to the organisation.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who can live up to our reputation for delivering on promises - someone who can solve problems creatively to get the job done. You will have a Service Management background and have experience of managing small to medium size projects with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.
