The Customer Service Advisor Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity within our Global Customer Service Department for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor. Working as part of a department which has a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, you will ideally have previous customer service experience. It will see you tasked with taking responsibility for customer accounts and any products with minimum supervision, so you must be motivated, and have ability to prioritise workload using your own initiative making effective use of your time.

As part of the Customer Service team, you'll have a wide-range of daily activities. As the first point of contact for Customers, you'll deal with processing customer orders and quotations received. It'll see you inputting, checking and correcting customer credits, dealing with cancellations and ensuring accounts are created, updated and accurate.

The role will also involve you maintaining internal and cross business communications ensuring all parties are kept up to date, so you'll draw on excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. As an integral member of the team you will have excellent attention to detail, be able to approach your work with a positive and enthusiastic attitude; and have excellent data input skills.

About You:

This is an excellent opportunity for a well organised, confident, polite individual who is looking for a rewarding career in customer services. You'll be fluent in German and have experience in customer service. You'll be very comfortable working with systems, especially Microsoft Office and be adaptable to any new systems introduced.
