Client Services Co-ordinator/Team Leader
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident team leader to join an industry leading organisation based in central Bristol. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering first class customer service, and possess enthusiasm and drive along with a hardworking attitude. Supervising a small team of 5 and managing larger client accounts this is a role where that changes daily.
The purpose of the role:
- Develop positive working relationships within the team, suppliers and business partners
- Establish firm relationships with customers
- Liaise with all departments to ensure that the customers have a first- class service provided
Key Duties:
- Responsibility for the line management of the team
- Creating and implementing KPIs for staff
- Improve processes
- Disaster planning
- Ensure that individual and corporate requests are dealt with professionally and any changes are dealt with
- Deal with any shortfalls
- Ensure that all requests comply with company procedures
- Assume responsibility for the inbounds sales channel
- Use the sales process to convert genuine enquiries into sales
- Check that the inbound spreadsheets are being correctly used and all emails and leads are followed up appropriately
- Liaise with the sales team regarding potential opportunities
- Liaise with marketing to prepare and deliver special offer marketing campaigns to individuals
- Develop strong relationships with key accounts
- Provide sales and marketing statistics
- Produce weekly reports for the Directors
- Train and develop the team

- Excellent communication skills
- Account management experience
- Self- motivated, hard working with drive, ambition, energy and enthusiasm
- Strong time management and prioritisation
- Team player
- Friendly and approachable
- IT literate
- Attention to detail
