++ Dynamic Workplace Design and Build Company based in Central London seeking Interior Designer to join our team. ++

What we're looking for:

+ Have Autocad experience
+ Interior design degree or similar level of qualification
+ 2 years+ work experience in an interior design role.

Due to expansion, we’re looking for a creative and confident Mid-Weight Interior Designer to work across a range of exciting office fit out projects. This role requires an all-rounder with a workplace / commercial interior design background who will be client facing and needs to prepare presentations, detailed schedules and full tender packages.

Responsibilities will include:

+ Brief taking
+ Test fitting exercises
+ Conceptual design
+ Schematic design
+ Design development
+ Construction documents

Requirements of the Workplace Interior Designer:

+ Experience of Commercial/workplace Interior Design
+ A good working knowledge of Autocad
+ Good client relations skills
+ Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited school
+ Excellent graphic and visualisation skills to communicate design ideas
+ Excellent collaboration skills, good self-organisation and strong ability to work in a team environment
+ Has a good understanding of FF&E, colour and material specification and development
