Job Role
?? Cooking and baking.
?? Stock ordering.
?? Liaising with public health bodies.
?? Induction training of new/existing staff in basic food hygiene as required.
?? Maintaining and developing good working practices.
?? Maintaining good working relationships with colleagues.
Criteria:
?? Must have working knowledge of HACCP (Hazardous and Critical Control Points) and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health).
?? Must have a minimum of 1 year experience of working in a commercial kitchen.
?? Current Level 2 food hygiene certificate.

Salary & Hours of work
?? GBP8.25 - GBP9.25 per hour depending on experience.
?? Hours of work are 9.30am - 6.00pm Mon-Sat & 12.30pm - 6.00pm Sunday (5 days out of 7).
?? Must be available during our busy periods - when schools are off - late afternoon's, weekends, half terms, Christmas, Easter & summer holidays. The successful candidate will always be required to work over these periods.
