We are the largest dedicated provider of accident repair services in the UK and have relationships with a number of large motor insurers.

The Role:

Working as part of our People Team you will play a key role in supporting our business as we continue through our journey of transformation. Being part of our team of HRBP's you will hold initial responsibility and ownership for a given region / area of our business, whilst maintaining our One Nationwide, One Team culture in working together and supporting others where needed.

We are keen to find the right person to join our team, therefore, options for base location for this role are potentially flexible. We could consider Bristol, Warwick or Witney.

This is an exciting time with many key projects and great plans ahead, giving scope and variation in this fast-paced role.

Key responsibilities include:

* To deliver overall HR support to our business units, consistent with operational objectives and targets

* To contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

* Deliver ongoing HR operational support and solutions to a vast array of Employee Relations, issues ranging from day to day to complex matters

* To pro-actively engage with Regional Directors, Senior Managers and Line Managers in the anticipation and avoidance of Employee Relations issues

* To liaise closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure that all Talent Acquisition activity is in line with business requirements

* To support our training and development teams, in ensuring our colleagues receive the required support and development to be successful in their roles

* To work closely with and support our managers to ensure the effective operation of their business units, incorporating all things people

You will have:

* Previous experience of working at HR Business Partner level, or a similar role

* Considerable experience of working within an operational environment

* Broad experience of handling Employee Relations, issues across a multi-site, multi-disciplined business.

* Excellent analytical skills and ability to use Microsoft

* Experience of supporting businesses through a period of transformation

* A strong commercial understanding

* Experience of working across multi sites, within a complex operational environment

* Experience of Cascade (or other HR Management Systems)

* HR Qualification (CIPD) or equivalent experience

You will demonstrate:

* Willingness to innovate and challenge, not just to react

* A strong practical application of generalist HR initiatives across a wide range of employment law issues

* Excellent communication skills, to be able to communication confidently and effectively at all levels

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* A Flexible work attitude, with a willingness to travel, as some overnight stays will be required
