Workforce Analyst - NHS
I have a fantastic opportunity with NHS England for a Project Workforce Analyst based in Taunton. This role is a temporary assignment for initially 2 months with a view to be extended, Monday to Friday and full time 37.5 hours a week.
Workforce Analyst - Job Purpose
You will be responsible to for the collection, analysis and reporting of data relating to Workforce Strategy and Planning and the wider local teams and to ensure there is compliance with national and local requirements, and to make assessments and recommendations for future requirements of the local health economy.
This role requires a highly experienced workforce analyst, with a proven track record in using the Electronic Staff Records (ESR).
You will be working closely with the team; you will be Contribute to the workforce function.
You will also be able to support the work of HEE programmes and projects, providing Workforce information on a regular and ad hoc basis as required.
Workforce Analyst - Key skills:
You will need to have a background in workforce analyst within the NHS.
