Medico-Legal Manager
We are currently looking for a confident and dynamic individual with strong business acumen, capable of working with existing and potential new clients (Medical Reporting Organisations and Instructing Parties) to drive business forward.
Job Responsibilities
?? Generating and following up new leads, sales and client relationships
?? Maintaining relationships and ensuring client loyalty through excellent client management
?? Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings, planning and preparing presentations/proposals
?? Developing and maintaining competitive and sustainable service level agreements (SLAs)
?? Managing business development projects
?? Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
?? Managing operational and administrative functions (team of 2) to ensure SLAs are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
?? Attending various networking and industry functions
?? Keeping abreast of competitor activity and market changes
?? Provide regular reports on business development activity to the CEO and Board
Required Skills & Experience:
?? Educated to degree level, although a proven background in business development may be considered
?? Experienced sales professional, preferably in the medicolegal or health sector
?? Mature communicator capable of liaising with senior clients/stakeholders
?? Excellent organisational and time management skills
?? Meticulous attention to detail
?? Proven management experience
?? Strong financial understanding incl. P&L, Balance sheet, cashflow management
?? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint???
?? Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
?? Understanding of medicolegal reporting industry
?? GP experience preferred
?? Full UK driving licence
