My client is a leading manufacturer and they are currently seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.
The position of Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for creating innovative product concepts and solutions and managing the project through to manufacture. In order to meet customer requirements you will also be required to investigate new technologies relevant to the company's product range.
To be considered for the position of Mechanical Design Engineer it is essential for candidates to have recent proven experience in a similar position. In addition to this it would be beneficial to have experience in design mid/high volume products and aluminium and plastic extrusions. It would also be beneficial to have a knowledge of cable assemblies and plastic/metal enclosures.
The position of Mechanical Design Engineer is commutable from Maidenhead, Slow, High Wycombe, Reading, Woking and surrounding areas.
