They are one of the largest training providers in the world, employing more than 2000 people worldwide, having a customer base of more than 10,000 and offering over 1 billion varieties of learning modules.
Our market-leading client are now looking for a German Speaking Account Manager to join their team. You should have a history of superior customer service skills, as well as being able to consult, listen and communicate to a customer effectively. It is absolutely critical that you can speak German fluently as the role of German Speaking Account Manager will be exclusively focused on German accounts.
You will be accountable for the overall management of relationships and projects, as well as be the main point of contact for the account team and the customer. You will also establish relationships with stakeholders within customers and be responsible for planning and driving the ongoing account strategy.
German Speaking Account Manager Speaking – Key responsibilities
- Responsible for overall management of existing client relationships
- Establish relationships with multiple stakeholders within customers
- Conduct bi-annual customer reviews of account health
- Frequent travel to Germany
In order to be considered for the German Speaking Account Manager position you must be fluent in German and have prior experience of being the focal point for existing accounts within a training and/or software environment. You must also have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and be proficient in Word and Outlook.
