Project Architect
A Project Architect required for a Chartered award-winning and innovative multidisciplinary Practice in Durham that work on some major projects in Architecture, Building Surveying and Interior Design. With an excellent reputation over its 30+ years existence this is a fantastic opportunity for an Architect to work for a Practice that have some new exciting projects on the horizon.
The Project Architect overall responsibility will be the delivery of projects and having the capacity to integrate the work of the design team into a fully coordinated and comprehensive set of design documents. The Project Architect will need to have a close eye to detail to the Client's brief, with the design reflecting the Client's chosen balance between the programme, project cost, and pre-defined quality standards.
Project Architect Position Overview
- Between 5 and 10 years post qualification experience in Architecture (ideally in a UK practice)
- Extensive design experience working directly with the end user or occupier.
- Confidence managing both clients and projects
- Ability to deliver all aspects of a project, both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing practice and project needs
- Ability to multi-task
Project Architect Position Requirements
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign essential)
- Microsoft Office
- Revit skills preferred
- Full UK driving license plus access to a car
Project Architect Position Remuneration
- GBP30k + DOE
- Mon-Fri 8.30m to 5pm.
