I am currently looking to cover a role until the end of July for a wonderful company in Shepton Mallet, recently moved to the area and in beautiful new offices.
The role will involve but not subject to:
Provide cover for reception 2-3 days per week
Taking all incoming calls
Receiving all visitors
Receiving deliveries
Managing the room booking system
Updating the room booking calendar
Booking appointments
Arranging/booking travel and preparing schedules
Arranging/making refreshments for meetings and room preparation
General administration including filing, scanning, binding etc
Ad hoc administration to support teams and Directors
Time sheet processing
Invoice processing
Purchase requests
Expenses processing
Updating HR records
Cross checking training certificates with training matrix
Migration of personnel files from old files to new files
Uploading training records to breatheHR
Pay between GBP8-GBP9ph DOE.
The role will be part of a great team with fantastic facilities.
