Fleet ManagerFull Time - Monday to FridayGBP20,000 - GBP23,000Our popular, local client are recruiting for an experienced Fleet Manager to join their busy, professional team. Working alongside the Business Support and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of large Fleet Management, liaising closely with various departments and partner organisations. Key Responsibility include:-
* Accurately maintain records of all Vehicles both Owned and Leased* Ensure full fleet Health & Safety policies and procedures are incorporated daily and reviewed regularly* Carry out Annual Risk Assessments * Ensure full compliance with all Legal Requirements * Inform all relevant parties of any changes to the fleet* Disposal of old fleet vehicles* liaising with auction companies* Budget management* Report all incidents with Insurance team and obtain repair quotes* Arrange all new vehicle sign writing* Ensure all drivers perform daily checks and store records
Person Specification:
* Excellent all round communication skills* Previous experience in a similar role* Industry knowledge in order to perform duties quickly and professionally* Excellent teamwork skills* Pro-active and efficient* Flexible and willing to give 110%
