Job Description:
Our client is a young company with great growth potential, they specialise in cloud based business software for SMEs in the UK. Their platform is very user friendly and has lots of unique selling points which their competitors do not have. Our client is recruiting permanent sales people to sell their standard products and bespoke products.
The job will include the following day-to-day tasks:
- Finding out sales leads by own research
- Following up sales leads by phone or visit
- Dealing with both retail and wholesale customers
- Customer care service on the phone and by email
- Working with their Marketing and Training manager to help with marketing tasks including, but not limited to, trade shows, seminars, trainings etc.
- Reporting directly to Sales Director or Managing Director to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Successful Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Candidates must be Computer literate, and have interests in IT
- Candidates must have at least 3 years working experience in sales, IT related sales are preferable
- Candidates must have full driving license
- Candidates must have legal rights to work permanently in the UK
- Must be able to use own initiatives as well as working well within a team
Successful Candidates will have the following package:
- Basic salary with high unlimited commission
- Pension scheme will be in place from day one after probation period
