What You'll Do: Sky Gaming are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will drive the Acquisition strategy for our Gaming products; Sky Vegas, Sky Casino, Sky Poker and Sky Bingo and help to create a first class data driven Marketing Team. This fast paced role will cover multiple existing Media channels including Display, Search, and Social as well as identification of new profitable advertising opportunities in which we can acquire new customers. This person will be responsible for driving new customers to the Gaming products through understanding our Media and offer mix and getting the right volume and quality of acquisition from efficient spend. How You'll Do It: Implement and optimise digital marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition primarily via PPC, Social and Programmatic. Work with our agencies to create and implement optimised digital Media plans that reach new customers Manage a Multi-Million Pound Media budget, delivering cost efficient solutions to meet budget and forecast expectations whilst maximising return on investment. Ensuring we are targeting the right customers and prospects. Ensure that all digital activity is fully integrated with each products' Customer Marketing led promotion and propositions Deliver a Test and Learn plan for Media Channels ensuring continued optimisation of spend and further investment Work with Strategy & Insight to define clear metrics that show ROI of customer media engagement and acquisition. Constantly finding new channels, which create better returns than existing channels. Become immersed in latest industry news, case studies and best practises; develop a useful network of colleagues and relationship s with innovative agencies To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: Be consistent in your views, decisions, ways of working and able to build strong relationships with your colleagues. You will need to be outward looking but able to 'take people with you' in decision making and implementation Be able to drive recommendations forward ensuring the business is taking action Manage and influence key stakeholders at Management level Have a strong background in creating and implementing digital display strategies from the ground up including understanding the technical elements required to get display activity live. Be extremely analytical and ability to garner insight from vast amounts of data and formulate a strategy from it Be naturally collaborative, and with a desire to be part of a highly successful team rather than just being a highly successful individual. Have expert knowledge and obsession about the latest developments in digital media Have high levels of passion, commitment and enthusiasm
