Telesales / Sales Executive OTE to £25,000 pro-rata
Part time - £18k pro-rata basic salary - very flexible working hours to suit individuals' circumstances
Based: Aztec West, Bristol
The Role
The Telesales / Sales Executive will take overall responsibility for generating new business, increasing the customer base and re-activating lapsed customers. You will need to be both proactive and driven and looking to progress to an Account Management role in the future. Responsibilities include:
- effectively deal with all enquiries from customers / provide a professional and efficient service
- keep up-to-date with marketplace activity, category pricing, market trends, price checks
- track and follow-up opportunities to optimise online customer experience
- interpretation of data - analyse trends and working with Account team to increase sales
- manage the web chat function
Working independently, the Telesales / Sales Executive will be directly rewarded for their success, with a basic salary and competitive, commission-based reward scheme offering significant earnings potential.

The Person
The successful Telesales / Sales Executive will have previous experience in telesales and will be keen to develop their career with a small, private dynamic and progressive organisation. As a Telesales / Sales Executive you will be ambitious, hard-working, persistent, tenacious, positive and capable of working with minimal supervision.
