Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative

Our Client is the leading global provider of inks and dyes to the packaging and printing industry who have an excellent opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their expanding team.
This role offers a career-defining opportunity to join a successful and vibrant business. You’ll join a fast-paced and dynamic UK team where no two days will be the same.
Position Summary
As Customer Service Representative you will be based at their Customer Service Centre at Trafford Park in Manchester as they operate across the UK, Ireland, Nordic and the Benelux Countries.
As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will;
• Work within a team of people taking calls from customers based in the UK and Netherlands
• Deal with customer queries, process orders and escalate technical queries
• Interaction with customers will be by telephone or email in both English and Dutch.
• Develop an excellent rapport with a dedicated portfolio of customers to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Liaise with the wider account management and commercial teams to provide exceptional service through every customer interaction
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidates will have the required and essential language skills and experience to undertake this role, including;
• Fluent Dutch speaker is essential
• Exceptional communication skills, it is essential candidates have a high-level of confidence in their communication skills, with an ability to proactively communicate on issues with external/internal stakeholder-based both in the UK & the Netherlands A genuine love to engage with customers
• Has the ability to take full ownership of customer issues and to find a resolution whilst maintaining the brand image
• Builds robust relationships with customers so as to understand their needs and assist them in providing outstanding customer service
• Are willing to go the extra mile every time
• Have good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch is essential
• Have a terrific attitude towards teamwork on many levels
