If you are an enthusiastic customer service professional looking for a role where you’ll be given the freedom to excel, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
Debt Managers Services Limited (DMSL) is part of Secure Trust Bank, a well-established banking group and provides a superb range of debt recovery services to the credit industry. They’re now looking for Customer Advisors to join their dedicated team.
At DMSL, you won’t just be joining an ordinary contact centre. You’ll become a key member of a close-knit team who truly work together to achieve excellent customer outcomes every time.
You’ll have the freedom to spend as much time as you need to help out customers (call times aren’t limited here) and you won’t have to wait until scheduled breaks to make yourself a cup of tea or use the bathroom!
DMSL believe in investing in their people and offer a full suite of training and development opportunities that will allow you to progress your career with the business, through both management and specialist career paths.
As a Customer Advisor, you will be tasked with resolving any outstanding customer balances.
Specifically, you will:
- Provide customers with advice during inbound and outbound calls
- Make affordability checks, take payments and arrange payment plans
- Understand and record customers’ circumstances
- Direct customers to external organisations for additional advice
Interested? To join the DMSL team, you’ll need customer service experience. Contact centre experience would be fantastic – but don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a contact centre before. If you’re ambitious and have a hunger for success, you’ll learn all you need to know as part of your training programme.
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be helpful and friendly with an inquisitive nature. Eager to learn, you must also be a strong communicator who can quickly build rapport with customers.
Experience gained within a financial services or regulated environment would be beneficial to your application.
