The Role
As part of the Client Services team at the company's Wimbledon Park office, your role would entail providing technical support to candidates applying to a broad range of clients' vacancies. Key responsibilities will include…
o Resolving a minimum of 60 candidate queries a day
o Investigating and escalating issues with the candidate interface
o Identifying changes that would improve the candidate experience and reduce queries

The Candidate
The role will suit an individual with a demonstrable interest in IT and passionate about technology, perhaps a recent IT / Computer Science graduate or someone with evidence of technology/IT activities outside of education. Individuals with some experience within Recruitment will also be considered if they can demonstrate an interest in technology.

You must be able to demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving ability and a passion for providing excellent customer services at all times. Previous Customer Service experience would certainly be an advantage, with excellent customer facing and communication skills required. You will have the ability to learn and adapt very quickly, and will be highly organised, able to work to tight timescales and effectively as part of a fast-paced and close knit team..
