Warwick Conferences operates three training and conference centres and have in addition just opened their new venue, The Slate. The Slate is already taking the industry by storm and is the envy of the sector. Imagine this; a single storey, flat expanse of 650 square metres that’s flexibility and individuality is re-writing the rules of conferencing and events. With a capacity of 400 guests, you can even drive a car through it. Sound exciting? It’s ground breaking.

You will be working within a friendly and hardworking team across all of our centres, accommodating the needs of customers in a hotel-style environment. A passion for all things hospitality, experience in the industry and a servicefocused attitude is vital.

Whilst being able to work well within a team, candidates must also have the initiative to work independently, with a keen eye for detail. We are looking for individuals with an energetic personality and a strong passion for the customer service they deliver. Exposed to a fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate that going the extra mile is second nature.

The position we are recruiting for are hands-on and customer-facing, we will also require flexibility. Due to the nature of operation, you will be required to work weekends and evenings in line with the business requirements.

We are recruiting Team Members within the Reception, Kitchen, Restaurant and Front of House areas across the business.
