Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator who will also support the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

•Weekly payroll

•Updating and maintaining time and attendance system on a daily basis

•RTI reporting to HMRC each time a payroll is run

•Pension scheme administration Auto Enrolment

•Weekly/Monthly reports to Senior Managers

•End of month deduction payments to HMRC and payments of Court Orders and Child Maintenance payments

•End of Month payroll reports to HMRC via RTI

•End of Year for all payrolls to HMRC and production of P60 and P11d for employees.

An integral part of the payroll function is working to a tight deadline
