Planned Maintenance Manager

We require an experienced manager, who will have good time management skills, copes well in a hard working environment, has a structured and methodical approach to tasks with deadlines. Previous experience in supervision of staff and sub-contractors across a variety of trade skills to multiple domestic properties is preferred. A trades, trades management or surveying background is essential.
