We are looking for an experienced credit controller with B2C experience or someone with a consumer based customer service background who is looking to get into the field.
Skills and experience
- B2C direct contact with end users and chasing debt
- Knowledge of Finance systems/Credit Controls
- The ability to communicate with report users to develop better reports
- Graduate Calibre
- Strong academic record
- Good Excel skills
- Clear oral and written communication skills
