At NCT, our volunteer branch networks play a vital role in supporting parents through their first 1,000 days and forming valuable friendships. To support, serve and enable a great volunteering experience so that parents can support parents, we have recently reviewed how we deliver support to our volunteers. We are seeking a range of Volunteer Support Officers to join the team.
As an experienced fundraising or volunteering professional you will apply your knowledge to ensure that branches are supported throughout their volunteer journey. Your general knowledge will be valuable for day-to-day support and your specialist areas of interest will be fully utilised to develop key areas of the volunteer journey. We are therefore looking for a Volunteer Support Officer - Recruitment, to review, improve and develop the attraction and recruitment processes ensuring safe and effective volunteer recruitment.
The hours for this role will be 35 per week (core working hours will be 10-2pm each day, evening and weekend work is expected. Occasional UK travel expected).
This role can also be based in London.
