Residential Childrens Homes & Education for young people aged 8 to 17 with EBD

Due to expansion we currently looking to recruit resourceful and enthusiastic staff, at all levels, for our homes based in Broadstairs, Margate, Sarre, Canterbury and Maidstone and our School which is based in Maragte Kent.

Parkview Academy DFE registered School - Margate (40 Hours pw)

Teachers £25,000 to £33,000
Teaching assistants/ LSA £16,640 to £26,000

Outreach and supported Living (40 Hours pw)
Outreach and supported living support workers £15,600 to £21,320

Suitable candidates will usually have experience of working with challenging behaviour and hold (or working towards) suitable qualification (NVQ Level 3 in CYP) and or relevant teaching qualifications whilst experience is highly valued we are also keen to interview staff with limited experience but with good aptitude. Residential staff  need to be flexible and able to work hours on a rota system, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep in duties.
