We are currently recruiting Team Administrator

Grade: 1b - £16,845

Hours: 37

Location: Sherwood Rise

What are we looking for? 
An experienced administrator who displays the ability to be flexible whilst working under pressure to frequent deadlines.  Someone highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident in a range of ICT packages including the use of databases and excel.  The successful candidates must be able to:
 

  • Ensure that paperwork submissions from subcontractors meet the minimum standards set out in the contract and that these documents are filed correctly in a timely manner.
  • Carry out the data capture and ‘claims process' as specified in the procedure, ensuring that data is collected, processed, and returned to the ESFA on time, with a less than a 5% error rate.
  • Carry out compliance and audit activities on government funded initiatives (e.g community Grants) which include monthly file audits and the production of a monthly report detailing the evidence that is outstanding on each file In line with the compliance check list.
  • Have excellent customer care skills and is educated to NVQ II or equivalent
