Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic Level 3 teaching assistants for a long term position in a small Trafford school. The successful candidate will be working to provide support to mainstream classes, 1-1 and to small groups. These roles would be most suited to someone who has prior experience supporting students in a mainstream educational setting. The hours are from 08:30am-4:00pm every day
The successful candidate will:
Have at least 6 months' experience working with children in an educational setting
Have prior experience supporting a child with various SEN
Be competent at working individually with a child as well as part of the whole class
Have a passion for education and raising the attainment of all children
Ideally be Team Teach trained although this is not essential
