Role Responsibility
Part of a close-knit First Line Support team for one of our prestigious customers, you'll enjoy an environment where people support and respect each other. Supplying first point of contact support for all IT related issues, the primary duties will be to receive and accurately log telephone calls and emails/tickets, analysis the nature of a problem and providing resolution wherever possible, or to pass information on to the most appropriate technical teams for resolution, within the agreed service levels.

The Ideal Candidate
Must be able to undertake but ideally holds SC clearance

Your experience in a customer-focused IT helpdesk environment will already have given you an understanding of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, call logging ticket systems, service level adherence and outstanding customer service skills.

We'll give you appropriate training and system knowledge to further advance your skill set and attributes so you can grow and develop further within IT support.
