London -Luton Airport Building Maintenance Technician GBP25,000-GBP30,000 I am currently recruiting for a Building Maintenance Technician based in Luton Airport, this is a permanent position for client Side Company in the Airport. It is a massive opportunity to be able to start a career in the rapidly growing Airport sector and get all the training and development needed for you to grow in your career. Luton is going through a multi million pound transformation project at the moment which shows how much development is going onto the airport.
This role involves you been hands on, some of the roles you have to do is Carpentry, Electrical, Maintenance Plumbing, Painting & Decorating. For this position you will need extensive knowledge and experience in, HVAC, Boilers, Heating systems and electrical installations works. The role will be extremely varied and will cover all building fabric maintenance and you will join an excellent team. As a Building Maintenance Technician for Luton Airport The role will involve customer facing responsibilities. Key Skills & Requirements:
- Formal qualification i.e. City & Guilds
- Excellent time-keeping
- Good H&S understanding
- Construction or maintenance experience a requirement
- Accurately records works on required paperwork and web based system ensuring the right information is fed back to manager.
- Ensure work is completed "Right First Time"
