Regulation Change Programme Manager
My client is a leading bank who are currently looking to grow out their regulations team in their Radbroke office. They are particularly interested in Programme Managers who have delivered complex and high profile regulatory change projects.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for overseeing a team to ensure all regulatory change projects are delivered to scope, time, budget and remain compliant with industry standards.
* Direct management of approximately 5 people including their personal development within the company
* Will be managing multiple projects at any one time
* Stakeholder management of up to Managing Director / Board level
* Fully accountable for budget responsibility
* Management of any risk and issues which arise during the delivery of the project
* Planning and monitoring of project processes
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Project or Programme Manager
* Previous experience delivering projects end to end, throughout all stages of the lifecycle
* Must have the ability to influence and engage large teams and stakeholders
* Must come from a financial services background and previously delivered large regulatory projects
* Candidate must be experienced in managing programmes to ensure they are in compliance with formal change standards
* Experience managing medium to large budgets
* Used a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Previous experience setting up and managing appropriate quality assurance
* Must have experience successfully managing multiple projects at once across business areas
* Minimum of Prince2 qualified
* Ideally MSP qualified
* Able to work in an ambiguous environment
