We are now keen to recruit a self-motivated, detail-conscious individual to provide full administrative support to our ITS (IT Services) Sales divisions along with our Internal Account Managers. Your primary focus will be to effectively manage sales forecasting tools, query logging, general reporting and clean order processes for IT Services whilst providing ad-hoc support to the ITS Internal Sales Team
With a good administrative background, you must be able to work on your own initiative, unsupervised on occasions, and to agreed timescales. Working under pressure doesn`t faze you and you will be happy working as part of a team with good communication skills. You will be PC Literate with intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word.
